Baixar e-Título: app oficial do TSE (Android e iPhone)

e-Título is free, and the official download happens in exactly two places: the Google Play Store (for Android) and the App Store (for iPhone). There is no official version of the app outside these stores — any site offering an "e-Título APK" or a desktop installer is not an official TSE source.

Download e-Título on Android

On Google Play, search for "e-Título" and check that the listed name is "e-Título – Justiça Eleitoral Brasileira". That detail confirms you're downloading the genuine Electoral Justice app, not a lookalike copy.

The app requires Android 7.0 or higher. After installing, keep automatic updates on: near elections, old versions may stop working.

Download e-Título on iPhone

On the App Store, the path is the same: search for "e-Título", check the name "e-Título – Justiça Eleitoral Brasileira", and tap get. The app is free and requires iOS 14.0 or higher.

Beware of APKs and download sites

The TSE does not distribute e-Título as an APK on third-party sites. Downloading the app outside the official stores exposes your phone to tampered versions that can steal personal data — and we're talking about CPF, birth date, and parents' names, exactly what the app asks for during signup. If you arrived here looking to download e-Título on your phone, the safe path is always your system's official store.

After downloading: first login

With the app installed, the first login asks for your full name, birth date, CPF or voter ID number, and parents' names — all exactly matching the Electoral Justice records. Then come the security questions and password creation. In some cases the app asks for facial recognition via the camera. If anything gets stuck at this step, our e-Título login troubleshooting guide covers the most common errors.

What you can do inside the app

Worth remembering why the download pays off: digital voter ID with photo (for those with biometrics), vote justification, polling-place, zone and section lookup, certificate issuance, fine payment via Pix, and ballot-result reading. All free, no trip to the electoral office. The homepage explains each feature in detail.
